The first to reach a Škoda authorised service partner through the app is your index finger! That is why we used in both key visuals and a video spot a giant finger to tickle a service technician and make him laugh.
Peace of mind on the road. With the Škoda Service mobile app, Škoda vehicle owners always have emergency advice and other practical tips at hand.
Increased awareness of the app and its dissemination through all of the car company’s markets. We targeted end customers primarily through the Škoda dealer network.
Visitors encounter our “Touch your service” campaign practically everywhere in Škoda showrooms through classic point-of-sale materials as well as seeing the spot on television screens.
We prepared, too, a set of internet banners for Škoda dealers that can be placed on their websites. Of course, there was also a direct email to address customers.
